Fairfield Department Conducts Live Fire Training Exercises

The Fairfield Fire Department conducted a live fire-training exercise Monday morning under the direction of Assistant Fire Chief Schuyler Sherwood with nearly all on-duty personnel at the Joseph Elias Training Fire Training Center in Fairfield. This training is conducted multiple times throughout the year to assure that the town's firefighters have the highest level of proficiency possible when an actual emergency occurs, the fire department said.
