After busting a suspected drug dealer from Bridgeport on a warrant in the parking lot of a Fairfield clothing store, officers turned up 300 bags of heroin and $3,000 in cash during searches of two homes and a car, police said. Officers stopped Christian Pichardo, 20, of Roslyn Terrace, in the Kohl's parking lot at 290 Tunxis Hill Road, where they executed a search-and-seizure warrant on his motor vehicle, police said.
