Joseph Flanagan, 20, of New Jersey, was arrested on a warrant Tuesday.

Joseph Flanagan of Parsippany, N.J., who turned himself in at police headquarters, was charged with possession with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana. Police were notified Feb. 10 by Fairfield University public safety officers, who had searched Flanagan's campus townhouse because of "credible" information about pot sales, according to the report.
