A Woodbridge man faces several charges after allegedly using his Stratford-based computer-repair business to steal from clients , according to the Fairfield Citizen. The Citizen reports that Fairfield police arrested Billie Conley, 35, on a warrant Thursday and charged him with 17 counts of first-degree identity theft, two counts of third-degree larceny and one count each of second-degree forgery and second-degree computer crimes.
