A Fairfield couple is suing the estate of an iconic New Haven attorney, who died on Christmas Day 2013, over the more than $400,000 owed to them . Michelle Tuccitto Sullo of the Connecticut Law Tribune reports an investigation that began shortly after William Gallagher died at the age of 76 revealed that his clients were owed almost $1.9 million and his accounts were able to cover only a fraction of it.
