WILTON, Conn., -- A Fairfield man is accused of passing five bad checks totaling about $445 at the Village Market in Wilton over the course of a couple of weeks in late May through early June, Wilton police said. Jason Turoczi, 33, of 63 Tide Mill Terrace in Southport turned himself in to police Sunday.
