A Fairfield man has filed a $25 million lawsuit against St. Vincent's Medical Center , claiming that the hospital was negligent and put vulnerable patients at risk when he was sexually assaulted by a nursing assistant, according to the Connecticut Post. The Post reports that the Fairfield man contacted police to report the assault and the hospital then fired the nursing assistant, Gonzalo Flores, last July.
