Fairfield County could see another inch or two of snowfall on Thursday night as a fast-moving system passes through the region. Snow showers could linger in the area Friday before 9 a.m. with a high near 34. The chance of snow is 70 percent, with a dusting to an inch possible and possibly up to 2 inches in Northern Fairfield.
