A Brooklawn Parkway man faces a variety of charges after witnesses called police last Friday to report he was driving recklessly on Fairfield Woods Road. James B. Davis , 30, was charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance, operating under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless driving and failure to drive right.
