An unresponsive driver pulled over to the side of Greens Farms Road, her car's engine still running, was charged with driving under the influence early Tuesday, police said. Brittany Coutermash, 24, of Vesper Street in Fairfield, initially was "unresponsive" inside the locked vehicle when an officer approached about 12:30 a.m. Tuesday, according to the report.
