A Bridgeport man was charged with multiple break-ins of the Circle Diner and Village Bagels in Fairfield last summer, according to the Fairfield Citizen. The Citizen reports that Ernesto Alicea, 49, who has at least 20 prior arrests, was arrested on a warrant after video surveillance linked him to the burglaries.
