FAIRFIELD, Conn. The Fairfield Public Library will host a session on completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid form on Monday, Feb. 2. The free program, presented by certified financial planner Dan Patti, is part of the Fairfield library's free Getting Ready for College series.
