A 92-year-old Fairfield man has been arrested on drunken-driving charges in connection with a crash into a parked car in November that caused his car to flip over, police said. William Davidson, 92, of Park Avenue, turned himself in at police headquarters on Tuesday, Dec. 30, after a warrant was issued for his arrest.
