Officers arrested two men on charges of fighting outside Anna Liffey's Irish Pub and Restaurant on Post Road, marking the second time in a week the police have had to intervene at the Fairfield establishment regarding unruly customers. David Bernstein, of Henderson Road, Fairfield, and Thomas Bajdah, of Prospect Street, Stratford, were seen by an off-duty Fairfield officer scuffling in front of the pub just after midnight Jan. 3, police said.
