Three teenagers were charged with drug violations last week by Mill Hill and Split Rock roads after police were dispatched to investigate the report of a suspicious vehicle. A 17-year-old Fairfield male was charged Dec. 28 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, another 17-year-old male was charged with possession of marijuana, and the driver, Steve Zembruski , 18, of Arbor Terrace, was issued an infraction for possession of marijuana.
