Sometime before 11:15 p.m., Saturday, a 21-year-old Fairfield man was at Darien Social, drinking and "flirting heavily" as he put it, with some women, including a woman in her 40s who was offended, according to a police report. So was her husband, William Parsley, 48, of Wrenfield Lane, according to this Darien police account of what happened: Parsley's wife told police that she and the people she was with were annoyed by the victim and his friend throughout the night.
