Farther down the highway, expect a nighttime slowdown in Stamford, where one lane will close in both directions in the area of Exit 9 on various nights starting at 8:30 p.m. If you're traveling northbound on the Merritt Parkway at night, expect lane closures just after you cross into Fairfield.
