Fairfield First Selectman Michael Tetreau will present a budget proposal for 2015-16 that carries a 1.64 percent tax increase to the Boards of Finance and Selectmen in a joint meeting on Thursday night. The meeting was originally slated for Tuesday night but was postponed due the latest winter storm.
