Police have made an arrest in a forgery case from January 2014 in which a Hartford woman cashed checks from a Fairfield business in New Haven. Ravis Symone Mcdade, 20, turned herself in at police headquarters early Friday, March 6. She was arrested on charges of cashing two of four checks totaling about $1,900 in losses for Purity Medical Transport of Fairfield, police said.
