Mayor Harry Rilling has challenged Mayor David Martin of Stamford to bragging rights and more ahead of the FCIAC Boys Basketball Championship. On Friday night, number one ranked West Hill High School will play number three Norwalk High School for the FCIAC Boys Basketball Championship at Fairfield-Warde High in Fairfield.
