Fairfield's Kupchick Wants To Strike Down Homeowner Insurance Link To Dogs

FARIFIELD COUNTY, Conn. State Rep. Brenda Kupchick, R-Fairfield, is looking to ban insurance companies from asking residents about the breeds of dogs they own and discriminating against any breed when making homeowner insurance policies, The Hartford Courant reports.
