Fairfield Police Arrest Two Women Accused of Helping Armed Robbery of CVS

Fairfield police arrested two women on warrants Tuesday in connection with an April armed robbery of the CVS on Grasmere Avenue in Fairfield, according to the Fairfield Citizen. The Citizen reports that Simone Jackson, 30, of Hollister Avenue in Stratford, and Andisha Shakespeare, 26, of Lincoln Avenue in Bridgeport , are accused of helping two men who entered the CVS wearing ski masks, black-hooded sweatshirts and gloves, just before 10 p.m. on April 26. Shakespeare was a CVS employee at the time and Jackson allegedly drove the two robbers to the store, according to the Citizen which also reports the two men fled on foot with an undetermined amount of cash.
