Westporter Julie Mombello celebrates with friends tonight after winning the People's Choice Award with partner Dmitry Krasnyanskiy of Ballroom Elegance in Westport at Westport-based nonprofit Positive Directions annual "A Chance to Dance" dance competition fundraiser at the Patterson Club in Fairfield. Judges gave the Mirror Award to Moshe Aelyon of Fairfield and partner Luisa Tanno.
