It was two years ago this week that Superstorm Sandy roared ashore, killing four in Connecticut and turning much of the state's shoreline into a post-apocalyptic landscape. It is estimated that more than 200 families remain displaced in Milford and another 70 in Fairfield, and just about all of them are waiting for approvals for grants and loans.
