A 42-year-old Bridgeport man surrendered at Fairfield Police Headquarters on Wednesday, Jan. 22, on a warrant issued for his arrest last year on charges of stealing a bike worth $1,100, police said. Alex Saez of Yale Street was charged with third-degree burglary and fourth-degree larceny.
