Cynthia and Robert McHugh, of Fairfield, announce the engagement of their daughter, Kerri Marie, to Prescott Robert Brown, son of Mary and Kenneth Brown, also of Fairfield. The future bride earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Elon University in 2011.
