Fairfield police are investigating a burglary at a home on Park Avenue on Monday, March 3, in which more than $20,000 worth of jewelry was reported stolen. The homeowners, who reported the burglary, said they had been home for most of the day but had left at about 11:30 a.m. to shop at Whole Foods, police said.
