A dead skunk was found nailed to a Fairfield telephone pole with an anti-Obama sign above it and another skunk beneath it Tuesday morning, police say. According to police, one skunk had heavy string around its neck and was nailed to a pole, about four feet off the ground, at Park and Jackman Avenues.
