High-ropes course proposed outside Celebration Cinema

Grand Rapids Planning Commission on Thursday, March 26, will review plans by The Adventure Park to put in an aerial ropes course. The Fairfield, Conn.-based applicant operates similar parks in Frankenmuth and West Bloomfield .
