Fairfield has received $1.8 million from FEMA as reimbursement for cleanup costs attributed to Superstorm Sandy in October 2012. First Selectman Michael Tetreau made the announcement of the $1,782,119.94 reimbursement for debris removal and disposal costs on Monday.
